The hotel was very basic. The staff did not go out of their way to welcome guests. The breakfast area was OK. The coffee was not good.
The staff were very friendly. Indoor pool was a little on the cold side, but once you got moving it felt just fine. Exercise room had lots of space and water. Downstairs coffee was great! Ice machine on 4th floor was down and one of the elevators wasn’t working. The second elevator works just fine though and for a small hotel like this it never got too crowded. We stayed 4 nights and we would go back!
I have been a constant Hilton user for family and work since 2006... This Hampton inn is consistent in service and food quality but the gym needs some love especially since I typically stayed 4 nights at a time... The pool is small not big enough for laps but for a dip is nice ...snack bar is overpriced...next they have too good restaurants a bistro style and Tex Mex.
The staff was awesome. They took care of our needs. The facility looks like they are remodeling. The carpet in the hallway was in bad shape. Very quiet night of sleep.
My stay here has been NOTHING short of amazing. The ladies here are soooo sweet and always make sure everything is going smoothly. Elyse(sorry if I’m spelling her name wrong) went above and beyond for me when i booked another stay. Moving forward if i ever need a hotel stay this is where I’ll be and I'm definitely recommending this place to any and everyone I know.

I had a great wonderful experience staying at this hotel. It’s value for money very clean very nice friendly hotel staff and great service overall, I would especially like to thank the front desk staff of both Erick and Erica, who are instrumental in holding my luggage giving a great service being polite and were of great help I would definitely want to come back here and stay again good place to stay affordable, pricing and easy access to all the areas around. Thumbs up and a 5 star rating from me . Thank you !
Great location off 121 near DFW airport. Hotel is remodeled. Breakfast and coffee were decent. Staff ok. One elevator not working and carpet in hallway was bubbling up/tripping hazard. Great a/c and always comfy bed! Would stay here again.
